Accessing the new portal

Your PIN is REQUIRED to register in the new system.

The 4-digital PIN number appears on your monthly bill right under your Summary of Charges.

Now that the new portal is live, you will be unable to pay your bill in the old system. However you still have access to the old portal to access your PIN.

Also, please note:
Effective immediately, all automatic monthly payment drafts will now be processed on the due date printed on your statement.

Should the date listed fall on a Saturday, Sunday or a Banking Holiday, the draft will be processed the following business day.



How To Find Your Statement Online

step 1

Log into your account on the old portal using your current login & password.

step 2

From the homepage, select STATEMENTS located at in the top right menu bar. This will bring you to the statements page.

step 3

On the statements page, press the CONTINUE button. This will bring you to the current bill page.

step 4

Select PDF Bill located in the current bill section of the page.
